Division 2 was as close as it has ever been on Monday night. All pairs finished the night even with 2 sets a piece. After 5 rounds (and just past the half way point) we have a 3 way tie for first. Division 1 was not as close with 2 pairs winning 3 sets, but as opposed to the last 3 weeks no one was able to win all 4. There is a 4 way tie at the top of Division 1 with 4 weeks left to play in the Term. Thanks to Ross Thomson, Lewis King and Steve McKey (first time Monday night player) for filling in for the night. Fusions Restaurant Tuesday Night Competition

Congratulations last week went to Really Late and TGI Tuesday who both turned out winners in their respective rounds. Although individual sets showed some uneven results, it was only Craig Williams who was able to take out all four of his sets. Halfway through the competition, team scores have tightened up. Still leading the group is Mid City United on 32, followed closely by Really Late on 27, Catch a Cab on 24, TGI Tuesday on 23 and Always Late on 13. The bye this week goes to Always Late though Vince Gilmore will be required as a sub. We already have some new names down to join the Tuesday Night Comp in Term 2. Thursday Night Competition

Winning teams last Thursday were Tightly Strung, Can't Win and Sportspower. This takes Sportspower and Tightly Strung into the top two positions as we head into Round 7 of the competition. The sets were evenly matched this week with no one player winning all four sets. Thankyou to Brian Kirkland for filling in for the last two weeks.
