Everyone’s favourites are still on the menu but a new focus on premium meat cuts is sure to offer even more awesome flavours.
The delectable $27 ribs combo, a half rack of pork ribs and a 250g rump steak with two sides is a must try.
Usually a $22 Wednesday night special you can now enjoy it every day of the week.
The tender meat falls off the bone with ease and is best when coated in the Impy’s own awesome Bullseye Barbecue sauce.
“Things get a bit messy when you eat these ribs but you’ll definitely clean the rack up,” head chef Drew Szumylo said.
The piece de resistance of the menu is the 600g Blaxland Ridge rib eye bone in, which has to be seen to be believed says Mr Szumylo.
But there are still plenty of vegetarian and lighter options at Impy Steakhouse which aims to please all diners’ tastes while creating more of a restaurant experience.
Everything on the steak house menu comes with your choice of two sides and your choice of sauce.
On the sides menu you have the delicious options of steakhouse fries, cob of corn, creamed mash, pasta salad, garden salad, Caesar salad and fresh steam vegetables.
Another great meal to try on the Impy favourites menu is chicken breast wrapped in bacon and stuffed with pesto and fetta cheese served with tomato concasse $26.50.
The incredibly crispy bacon wraps around tasty chicken and each bite is mouth wateringly good.
The entrees at the Impy Steakhouse have been given a bit of change up with their new breads and dusted cobs which start from $5.50 with the mini cob to loaded cobs which come in either sweet corn and chicken or bacon and mushroom carbonara both $10.50.
The mushroom carbonara is so scrumptiously creamy you won’t want to share it round.
The kids menu returns at the Impy Steakhouse and is great value at $9.50 and also comes with soft drink and ice cream.
Imperial Hotel Manager Daniel Storey and chef Drew Szumylo have brought in the best of the steak house restaurant world and the pub style with their new menu and can’t wait to start serving.
“If you enjoy a good steak this is the place to be,” Mr Storey said.
Mr Storey also reminds customers that they can get a ‘shopper docket’ from Woolworths or Big W and their second meal is at half price.
