ON May 2 the Singleton High School under 14s Rugby League team went to Muswellbrook to compete for the Buckley Shield.

The boys played two games the first game was against Scone, which they won 50-0 and the second game was against Muswellbrook, it was a tough game and ended in a 14 all draw.
The end result for the day saw the boys being victorious and winning the Buckley Shield after a count back based on for and against.
The boys will now progress through to the next round and represent the Upper Hunter on June 4.
