COUNCILLORS will determine on Monday night whether, in their opinion, Crs Alison Howlett and Paul Nichols breached codes of conduct.
Complaints were made against both councillors on January 21, 2011.
Mr John Cole of HWL Ebsworth was engaged as the sole reviewer to review both complaints.
Councillors will then consider on Monday night if, in fact, either councillor, as a result of their actions, has breached council’s code of conduct.
Under NSW Division of Local Government Guidelines council has the discretion as to whether or not apply a sanction such as counselling or an apology.
Solicitor Alex Irving is expected to address the council on behalf of both councillors at the meeting.
