Darcie Bell has been nominated for her impressive season in football as a goalkeeper in both the outdoor and indoor game.
Darcie was selected for emerging jets team who play in the Under 18s Womens Premier League and earnt selection in under 15s Australia futsal team and the national school futsal team.
Isaac Barry keeps himself busy with sport all year round but his main achievements last year were in cricket and rugby where he represented his region at state tournaments.
Taylah Knight’s major achievement in 2013 was being selected in the State female cricket academy for Central North, she also competed in the country championships.
Laura Avard also made the Central North state cricket academy but also competed in the central north open womens cricket team and under 18s state indoor cricket team, who were runners up in the national championships. She also played Sydney Womens Cricket 2nd grade opens for Penrith. Kimberley Pearce comes from a completely different discipline in clay target shooting but no less impressive. She competed for the Northern Zone ISSF Trap Junior team and won silver in the New South Wales ISSF Trap ladies. She also earnt selection in the NSW ISSF Trap Ladies team.
Darcy Gilson represented NSW at the School Sport Australia Swimming Championship were he won two silver medals.
Chris Duffie had a big year in representative cricket with his most impressive achievement making the Central North Under 16s who competed in the Bradman Cup. He also played for the under 17s Central North team.
Last but not least is Flynn Leifmann who was the state country under 14 boys long jump champion, he was also named the HRIS 14 years age champion. Flynn was also the combined independent school’s state long jump champion.
