The free weekly 5km run for everyone no matter their ability is expected to bring between 300 and 500 people to Rose Point Park around 8am on Saturday.
Runners will be limbering up around 7:30am at the starting point on the grass near the netball courts.
The 5km run takes in the great scenery of the nearby river it combines a mixture of concrete paths, dirt paths and grass.
Runners head west for around 100m from the netball courts before turning left onto the concrete cycleway. The course then continues around the park, turning left down a small slope to continue around the park and to join the “Wilf Allen River Walk”.
To enter in the Park Run head to www.parkrun.com.au/singleton/ and click on register link and follow the prompts. Make sure to print your barcode and bring it to the run otherwise you won’t be timed.
