TEAMS battled it out on court for the title of Singleton netball grand final victors, with only a few points separating the teams in most deciders.

Blisters took out the division one grand final, defeating Tenacious 49-43.
Division two was a cliffhanger, with Pivotal ahead of Valley Girls 45-44 when the full-time whistle was blown.
In division three Swerve were too strong for Momentum, winning 40-33, while Hydras claimed division four over Golden Edge Girls.
Another close contest in division five resulted in a 37-32 victory for Caution over Attitude.
Division six saw GIO Sapphires record a dominant 40-13 win ahead of Stormpower, while Monsterettes took out division seven with a 12-3 win against Fireworks.
Most valuable players of the grand finals, in order of division, were: Neisha Smith, Bec Muller, Delaney Alston, Hannah Clements, Reilly Barrett, Lucie Merrick and Hallee Tomas.
The presentation was held on Saturday night, with a host of major awards handed out on the night.
Candy Crushers claimed the Janice Gardiner Team Encouragement Award, while coaching encouragement awards went to Natasha Sharp and Lavinia Berryman.
Coach of the year went to Sallie Partridge, and Gail Solman and Kerrie Koosmen received special mentions for more than a decade of coaching netball in Singleton.
Umpiring achievements were also highlighted, with junior encouragement awards going to Joanna Muller, Caitlyn Yallop, Emerson Harris and Hallee Tanzer.
Intermediate encouragement awards went to Chloe Norton-March, Maddie Newberry and Sarah Noble. Sarah was also congratulated for receiving her National C-grade umpiring accreditation.
The Junior Team Sportsmanship Award went to Strikers, while Mark Rix was given a resounding applause for his efforts in seeing the new clubhouse project gradually become a reality.
In his absence his wife Marilyn accepted a gift on his behalf.
The Individual Sportsmanship Award was won by Tamara Carroll.
Junior Clubperson of the Year was awarded to sisters Jessica and Ashley Urpeth when judges could not separate the two.
It soon became a family celebration when the girls' mother, Lyn, was named Senior Clubperson of the Year alongside Gail Solman.
Special recognition was also given to coaches Sharon Cameron and Sally Partridge for their success on the Hunter Academy of Sport coaching panel and young Claire O'Brien for her success in being selected in the Hunter Academy Development Squad.
Twilight competition registrations can now be done online and must be done by September 10, with the competition beginning on October 13.
Finally, a reminder that the family disco will be held at Singleton York St Diggers Club on Friday, September 12 from 6-9pm. Entry is $2 with all proceeds going to the new clubhouse.
This disco is open to all, not just netballers, so please come along and have some great family fun.
