A TOTAL all-round performance with bat and ball saw JPC overwhelm Creeks by 104 runs in the Singleton District Cricket Association at Howe Park on Saturday.

Luke Knight (94) and Rod Luxford (84) were the major scorers for JPC, rescuing the team who had earlier lost four wickets in the first nine overs to post a total of 8-257.
For Creeks, Hayden Edwards picked up three wickets for 70 runs off 10 overs, while more economical were Blake Cook taking two scalps for only 30.
Hamid Arain also picked up a double.
Creeks’ chase got off to a rocky start, losing 5-28.
Providing resistance for the side were Edwards, who stayed for the innings scoring 69 not out, and number 10 batsman Arain hitting 36.
In the end they were bowled out in the 32nd over for 153.
Starring with the ball for JPC was Lachlan Charnock, who took 3-37 off nine overs including three maidens, and Darren Thompson 3-35.
Shane Harman and Tim Gore also grabbed two wickets each.
Glendon v PCH
GLENDON chalked up another win on Saturday, this time against PCH, chasing down their total of 214 with four wickets in hand.
PCH opener Daniel Oldknow smashed 82 for PCH including 14 fours and was supported by Danuel Bell (35) and Abe Jones (24) in the run scoring.
Glendon utilised seven bowlers in their attack, the best cameo coming from Marty Carroll who picked up three wickets for 15 runs in three overs.
Promising youngster Max Hillier bowled 10 overs during which three batsmen where sent back to the pavilion.
Aaron Brennan, Anthony Bailey, Jackson Cameron and Daniel Higgins also grabbed a wicket each.
PCH made it hard for the Glendon batsmen who reached the total in the second last over of the day.
Joe Butler made up for his previous round duck with a top scoring knock of 67 before Anthony Bailey (33) and Harry Morrow (44) took over.
Cael Smith (24 not out) and Max Hillier (29 not out) finished off the innings.
For PCH, Oldknow (2-34 off 10 overs) also contributed with the ball.
Brad Cooper took two scalps in his figures of 2-33 off seven overs.
Great economy was provided by Tully Windsor whose six overs only went for 18 runs.
