Creeks were the victors, with only one wicket to spare, after bowling out PCH for 125.
It wasn’t a great start to the innings for PCH with both openers going for ducks before Danuel Bell (33) and Josh McNamara (37) got some runs on the board.
That was PCH’s best patch in the game as they went on to lose their last five wickets for only 13, making the fielding task all the more difficult.
PCH was all out in the 32nd over.
Andrew Redmond, Mark Unicomb and Hayden Edwards picked up three PCH scalps from their bowling while Hamid Arain grabbed the other wicket.
Creeks were in cruise control at 3-95 with Myles Cook (53) and Hamid Arain (21) setting up the chase.
However, a batting collapse saw them lose 7-24 which put the game back in the balance.
Unicomb and Redmond, who did well with the ball, kept their nerve and helped the team over the line in the 41st over.
Barton Jones was in form with the ball for PCH, bowling great figures of 4-20 off 10 overs that included two maidens.
Mark Dunston wasn’t far behind Jones, sending three batsmen back to the pavilion in his 10 overs and only letting in 19 runs.
McNamara and Bell also took a wicket each in the side’s comeback.
