At Singleton Heights Public School three of the candidates John Kaye (Greens), Lee Watts (Independent) and Richard Stretton (Christian Democrats) were on hand to keenly advise voters of their options in the this election.

Not only were electors given the option for voting many at the school also enjoyed a freshly cooked sausage sandwich.
