Jules will travel to Adelaide for the November 21-29 tournament – and will line-up with teams from regions in 11 countries.
It’s expected that 3500 students will compete in baseball, basketball, diving, football, goalball, softball, swimming, table tennis and touch football.
Jules was one of four girls selected from the Newcastle/Hunter side who played in a NSW carnival on August 18, 19 and 20.
Her natural talent at touch was created here, in Singleton, playing regular competition on Wednesdays and with the Singleton Storm representative teams.
Jules plays in the link position and hopes to stay in that role when it comes to the Games.
Singleton Public is trying its best to help Jules with the cost – and will host a school mufti day to raise funds while the Kirkpatrick family is having a raffle.
