Singleton High is calling for feedback from parents and the local community to improve its planning, programs and outcomes. As part of its commitment to continuous improvement, they are conducting ‘Tell Them From Me’ surveys each year involving student, staff and parents. And, it is so vital they gather this information the deadline for input has been extended.

Principal Jo Scott says the survey is one avenue we are using to gather information about how the school should look in the future.
“The data identifies both strengths and areas for improvement, assesses the impact of current initiatives and informs future programs and policies,” she says.
The parent and student surveys and other community consultation will specifically help shape the 2018-2020 School Plan. The survey has been extended by one week and closes Friday, October 20. It takes only 15 minutes to complete at https://nsw.tellthemfromme.com/shs23
Data provided by the survey includes information about the extent to which parents feel the school supports learning and positive behaviour and promotes a safe and inclusive environment. As an added incentive Singleton High, with the assistance of Mama’s, is giving away a dinner for two at Mama’s for one lucky respondent.
All you have to do to enter the draw is screenshot or photograph the final ‘thank you’ page of the survey and email it to singleton-h.school@det.nsw.edu.au with TTFM and your name in the subject field.
