Mad Mex is looking for outgoing and enthusiastic Luchadores to be the face of our restaurant located in Kotara.

About the Role

The griller is responsible for all the day-to-day elements of running the grill section of Mad Mex Restaurant. This involves preparing and cooking Mad Mex production according to menu guidelines and secret recipes whilst adhering to food preparation procedures, cooking times, & hygiene safety standards.

The role requires someone who is highly organized and passionate about providing quality service along with maintaining a clean and tidy workspace. It is a fast-paced environment so you need to be able to work quickly and efficiently! 

About You

Our people are friendly & outgoing, have a strong work ethic & are committed to delivering excellent customer service. You must be able to understand and follow recipes & checklists. If you have some experience in the food industry – great, however,  it is not an essential requirement. All you need is a vibrant personality and willingness to learn!
