And, to make sure the money went to those who needed it most, they gave it to Blazeaid.
A volunteer-based organisation that works with families and individuals in rural Australia after natural disasters, such as fires and floods.
They currently have camps set up in Dunedoo and Cassilis.
Furthermore dedicated Rotarians, John Henderson and Peter Brennan, also travelled to the area and spent four days volunteering for Blazeaid.
The pair helped rebuild fences that were destroyed in the fire. John spent three days toiling while Peter clocked up four.
