After a slow start which saw the Roosters trail by 11 points at the first change, Alex Mitchell inspired his side in the second quarter.
Singleton was able to turn the quarter time deficit into an 11-point lead at the long break.
The sceoind half was an even affair and it took a Dylan Hixon goal with less than three minutes remaining for the Roosters to come away with the win.
Mitchell and Jarryd Ingram managed three goals each while their best players were Mitchell, Zach Bray, star centreman Andrew Scott and Nick Roberts.
The Roosters will be very happy with their finish to the season, defeating Maitland and Gosford in successive weeks as they head to the Finals Series to defend their First Division title.
Next Sunday, in the Black Diamond Plate Elimination Final at Adelaide St Oval in Tumbi Umbi, Singleton plays Newcastle City, with first bounce at 3.15pm.
