Last Saturday’s individual Stableford event at the Singleton Golf Club was played on a perfectly conditioned course and the scoring reflected that.

Daniel Storey followed up his solid championship form from the previous fortnight with a victory in A grade.
His 2 over par round of 71 gave him 40 points beating home Dave Garland by a point.
Ben Isaac continued his very consistent scoring with 39 points and a B grade win.
Isacc was one point better than Paul Burke who is starting to show signs of a return to top form.
John Walker was C Grade’s winner returning a 40 point score line.
Walker is currently riding a wave of success after climbing out of a long and deep trough.
While youngster, Max Stone, appears to be yet another junior star in the making. Stone’s 39 points got him the runner’s up award.
This Saturday’s competition is the November Monthly Medal sponsored by Arne Coulston’s Shed 33.
The Monthly Mugs are always popular and Arne always puts on a great day.
Members are reminded that there is another opportunity to advance to the Holden Regional finals.
On Sunday November 26 there will be an 8:30am shotgun start with a field limited to 52 players.
This means your team will have a one in 13 chance to advance to the next round. Entries are on the touch screen now or contact Les in the Pro Shop.
On Thursday the 16th of November we are bringing a Titleist fitting day to the Club. The day starts at 12 noon and bookings are essential.
