As Christmas approaches, it’s important to spare a thought for those in need. And that’s exactly what Singleton High School student, Rodney Cerezo did as a part of the Max Potential Program.
As a part of his project, Rodney created care packages for patients who unexpectedly find themselves in the hospital ward.
Visits to the emergency ward are not planned events, so the simple provision of basic toiletries can reduce some of the stress of the unexpected stay in hospital.
Rodney brought a carton of emergency toiletry packs to the hospital on November 15, and the care packages were gratefully received by the Medical Emergency ward.
