The free family friendly event will be held at Allan Bull Reserve on Friday, January 5 and will feature the blockbuster movie, The Secret Life of Pets.
Entertainment will get underway from 5.30pm with great live music, kids’ activities including a circus workshop and small sided football, and once the sun goes down the screen will light up for the feature movie.
Entry is free for everyone and people are encouraged to bring along their blankets and picnics, or purchase food and non-alcoholic drinks at the event as they soak up the magical atmosphere.
Newcastle Permanent CEO Terry Millett said, “We understand how much regional communities across NSW look forward to our Cinema Under the Stars events, and as a customer-owned organisation it is just one of the many ways we’re giving back to communities that support us.”
This season’s Newcastle Permanent Cinema Under the Stars program is set to be the biggest yet, travelling to 17 locations throughout regional NSW, providing an evening of free, family-friendly entertainment.
