With the U16’s pulling off an emphatic win against Maitland thanks to a skillful all-round batting display (9/226), including a spectacular half century from Mick Taylor (55).
Next best with the bat was Alexander Holz with 42 (no), Tristan Pitcher (27), Andrew Knox (26), Tom Druery (25), Kye Dann (11).
While Jackson Shade did the damage with ball - his 4/15 off 9 overs was impressive.
Both Sam Harrison (2/11) and Tom Druery (2/23) took two wickets each.
Maitland were all out for 106.
The U12’s game went down to the wire with Maitland getting away with the win in the dying overs.
And, the visitors only lost one wicket when they chased down Singleton’s first innings total of 108 in the 27th over of the U14’s match.
