For accomplished archers, Brodie, Jamie and Josie Hatch, the eternal argument is which international form of the sport is the most challenging – compound or recurve shooting? But the banter between the siblings is all in good fun, and over the years the trio have always supported each other in their many successes. Last year saw the talented youngsters, along with their parents, concentrate on Target Shooting through Archery Australia and ANSW (Archery NSW), subsequently the family spent most of their weekends competing in Sydney. But just like in previous years it was worth it as they have all managed to remain at the top of their game with 16-year-old Brodie, 13-year-old Jamie, and 11-year-old Josie, recently named on the 2018 NSW Youth Team. In addition to this, compound shooters Brodie and Josie have been selected in the 2018 Youth Australian Trans-Tasman team.
