POLICE are investigating a fatal motorcycle accident in the Hunter region on Sunday.

Just before noon, emergency services were called to Wollombi Road, Broke, about 30km south of Singleton, after reports a Toyota Hilux utility and a motorcycle had crashed head on.
The rider, a 20-year-old man, was treated by paramedics, however died at the scene.
The male driver of the Toyota and a female passenger were able to free themselves after it rolled.
Both were taken to John Hunter Hospital with minor injuries.
The driver will also undergo mandatory blood and urine testing.
Officers from Hunter Valley Police District attended and will investigate the circumstances of the crash.
A report will be prepared for the information of the Coroner.
