The Westpac Rescue Helicopter Service ventured to the Ravensworth motocross track, located between Singleton and Muswellbrook,about 3pm.
The patient, a 15-year-old boy, suffered suspected spinal injuries after coming off his bike.
He was flown to John Hunter Hospital for further treatment.
No other details are available at this stage.
