Open to all local trade businesses and their employees the event will be held on Friday, November 23 at the Singleton Showground.
Revived by Link Upward Building the night has grown in popularity each year and raised $22,500 for various charities thanks to the tremendous support from the community and local businesses.
The function celebrates all types of trades with a focus on building, electrical, plumbing and related trades in the Singleton area and includes games, competitions, raffles and auctions.
Jamie Upward said this year the monies raised would be donated to ‘The Simply Loving Taylor’ that helps Taylor as well as many other children who have similar challenges. Taylor is living with Craniosynostosis and an Undiagnosed Complex Syndrome and he has undergone multiple surgeries.
“We would love to hear from anyone who would like to make a donation towards the charity and no donation is too small,” she said. “Taylor and his family will join us on the night and share their story. Hoping to raise awareness on such are conditions and challenges that they face day to day.”Jamie wanted to thank everyone who had already donated goods, services or cash with more than $12,000 worth of prizes on offer. Major prizes include the Henry Perram Memorial Nail Drive valued at $500.
