On Saturday evening about 10:00pm police were called to an incident at a local caravan park. Police found a female resident was assaulted with a golf club causing a cut to her arm and a caravan window was smashed. When police attempted to arrested two females at the scene they assaulted police and resisted arrest. Subsequently a 27-year-old female and 19-year-old female, both from Singleton, were charged with assault occasioning actual bodily harm, assault police and malicious damage. Both have been bailed to appear at Singleton Local Court on the 13/12/18.

Early Saturday morning a 25-year-old female from Singleton was stopped by police in George Street. She was breath tested which was positive, she was then taken to Singleton Police Station for breath analysis and reading 0.152 was obtained. She was charged with High Range PCA and her license was suspended. She will appear at Singleton LC 13/12/18.
A 53-year-old male from Singleton was stopped by police on Saturday evening in George Street. He was breath tested which was positive, he was then taken to Singleton Police Station for breath analysis and reading 0.088 was obtained, his vehicle was also searched at the scene and a small quantity of cannabis was located. He was charged with Mid Range PCA and possess prohibited drug and will appear Singleton LC 13/12/18.
Police are currently investigating four property theft incidents in the local area:
- Break and enter at Warkworth in early morning 18/10/18, quantity of copper cable and tools stolen, the offenders also damaged a generator.
- Break and enter at Ravensworth in morning 19/10/18, quantity of cable stolen and damage to property.
- Break and enter at Enterprise Cres, between 17-18/10/18, esky and battery pack stolen, offenders also attempted to steal a vehicle from the site.
- Break and enter at Redbourneberry Bridge, Singleton between 16-17/10/18, quantity of tools stolen from shipping container.
During the past week there have been reports of a number of stolen vehicles including one from Mt Thorley in early morning 21/10/18. registration BK95VL 1993 Toyota Landcruiser table top, white with fluro stripes and WV02 written on doors.
