With Valley enjoying a weekend bye, the committee moved the PCH-Creeks’ fixture to Cook Park, next to the other top grade showdown featuring JPC and Glendon, who took to the middle first.
It’s been an intriguing season so far in 2018-19, with the batsmen reaping the spoils and getting among the runs.
But, the bowlers won’t take that laying down, setting their sights on plenty of wickets in the coming weeks.
