Cleaver was born with cerebral palsy right-sided hemiplegia. She has achieved amazing results in Athletics competing as a T38-classifeid athlete.
Having first competed for Australia in 2015, the 18-year-old went on to compete at the 2016 Rio Paralympic Games were she was awarded bronze in the 4 x 100m relay and was 2cm off a podium finish in the long jump.
