There’s every chance Valley will be aiming for a third title on Sunday when the top tier final commences (around) 2pm on Sunday at Howe Park.
However Daniel Storey’s men must first conquer ladder leader JPC, a force yet to face defeat in the first grade T20 format.
Last time they met: JPC 5/178 (Jack Turner 68, Greg Thrift 61, Shane Givney 31, Alex Thrift 3/20) defeated Valley 10/174 (Not supplied).
This morning we’re joined by the region’s cricket boss as well as his opposing JPC skipper Josh Harvey.
PLAYER TO WATCH
Daniel Storey: Jacob Carey for his ability to stay in all day and score big runs.
Josh Harvey: Shane Givney because he’s been in great form with the bat.
