“Mayfield gave us a bit of a touch up last time we played them so we’ll hope to bring forth our form from the weekend,” the former Queensland State League striker explained.
Civello, who had previously scored a hat-trick against Toronto, found the opening goal of Sunday’s trial. Singleton’s Dylan Bentley would then cement the 2-1 trial win from the penalty spot.
“Jackson Skinner was also solid in the backline and Haydo (Hayden Nicol) did well leading us around for his first game in charge,” he added.
The Strikers are likely to name another full strength side.
