The HVWTA had an unprecedented 187 requests for meetings prior to AIME (100 is considered an excellent benchmark) and secured a maximum 32 appointments over two days.
AIME is the leading exhibition for the meetings, incentives and events industry.
As the largest international event of its kind in Australia, each year the exhibition invites a community of over 4,000 suppliers and meeting and event planners under one roof in Melbourne.
The event turns the exhibition floor into a stage where major industry players meet senior influencers to connect, perform and prosper resulting in over 11,000 fact-to-face meetings over two days.
The HVWTA is now working with professional conference organisers, business owners and Associations to secure meetings, incentive groups and conferences ranging in group numbers from ten to up to 1000 delegates to book their future event in the Hunter Valley.
This is a key priority for the HVWTA to increase midweek overnight visitation to the region.
