The WRHS began the day tasked on a primary mission to a motorcycle accident on Putty Road at Howes Valley.
The medical crew was winched into the location due to a lack of landing areas close to the scene.
The helicopter then transported a 44-year-old man, believed to be from Howes Valley, to John Hunter Hospital suffering multiple injuries.
He is, reportedly, in a serious condition.
A few hours later, the WRHS attended another motorcycle accident, this time on a property north of Singleton.
The service conveyed a 38-year-old man, also to John Hunter Hospital.
He suffered head, arm and leg injuries, but is in a stable condition.
On Friday evening, a 50-year-old rider tragically died after a motorcycle and two cars collided on the New England Hghway, at Belford, shortly before 7.30pm.
