"Life members receive this honour by way of contribution to the club over many years either of playing and or considerable contribution to the club in both seniors and juniors," Barry said.
Bagnall, who was named as the Singleton Argus' top first grade player last month, was recognised for his 30-year on-field contribution.
"Bags has brought up his 250 games for the club, and has overtaken fellow life member Phil Howard as Valleys highest run scorer, with 5592 runs," Barry added.
He has taken 152 wickets, 101 catches and hit 154 sixes (five centuries).
"Nathan took a break from cricket for some years due to family and work commitments and is also proud to have had a couple of years playing with his sons before returning to first grade this season and being the Singleton Association leading run scorer," SDCA secretary Helene Goadsby said.
"Nathan is also the current club statistician and is passionate in those duties."
Howard would become the 87th member of the club when he made his debut in 1976.
He would immediately star for the Valley third grade side which won seven straight premierships from 1977-84.
Barry continued, "His best figures are 7/24 back in 1978."
Howard would also make a on-field return in recent years to play alongside his son Sam.
"He (Terry) used to play with all his brothers in the 1980s and he has now joined his brother Phil as a life member of Valley which is fitting," Sam said.
"It was great to play alongside him a few years ago and he continues to help out with fundraising by running weekly raffles."
Howard now has 173 matches, 1791 runs, 161 wickets and 45 catches to his name some 43 years after his Valley debut.
