The senior men's side will welcome back Oliver Moody from injury when eyeing its first away win against Terrigal Avoca.
While the reserves will have a bye, an ongoing injury list will still see Singleton's top tier talents enter the clash with an endless list of absentees due to injury.
However there will be plenty to celebrate when the club's women's side travel to Port Stephens.
Stalwart Brianna Howard, who commenced her junior career at the club in 2006, will run out in her 50th senior game.
"Thank you to all who have been along for the ride with me and the teammates, coaches and support that have encouraged me to be better and strive for success," Howard said on Friday evening.
MEANWHILE first year Geelong recruit Sarah Mousley, who has called Singleton home since February, will welcome her visiting sister Johanna to the line-up.
"This is a chance to share the spirit of the Singleton Roosters; showing my family the support the club and community has provided me," Sarah told the Singleton Argus.
"Having never played alongside Johanna, I'm going to be excited to man the backline together.
"Fingers crossed we get to celebrate a win."
