Eleven year old Leila Rew and twelve year old Savannah Googe entered seven solos between each other in an online entry for DANCELIFE Unite, a national competition that has both live and online events.
All seven solo's entered have been granted celebrity status, meaning they will be competing at top (National) level.
The competition is set to take place in January next year in Sydney and the girls are eagerly preparing themselves for one of the toughest competitions yet.
"We took a troop to this exact competition many years back and the level of talent was beyond phenomenal," studio owner Skye Vickers told The Singleton Argus.
"Both girls are extremely excited and honoured just to have been accepted into this event".
Meanwhile back at the studio, 24 students completed their Australian Dance Vision (ADV) Classical Ballet and Jazz exams and their Glen Wood Tap exams.
Two of the twenty four completed all three exams and ten of the twenty four completed two of the three.
Tap exams were held on Friday July 26 and Mr Glen Wood was the examiner.
"We were so privileged to have Mr Wood attend our studio, he always has such lovely comments about our students and is very encouraging during the process giving constructive feedback and lots of praise," Skye adds.
On Saturday August 10 and Sunday August 11 students participated in their Classical Ballet and Jazz examinations in the ADV syllabus examiner Miss Rebecca Player.
"This is the first time Miss Player has examined our studio and she was so lovely with all of the students and had a lot of praise for the students."
"All of the students had the most amazing presentation and absolutely loved how they performed throughout their session through their whole body right down to performing with expression, you could tell the kids love it," said Miss Player.
Despite the excitement of exams being over for the year, the studio is still in preparation for the Applause Dance Competition coming up this October and their end of year concert.
