"What a great day of Rugby League played with 21 teams both boys and girls at Cook Park," Swan stated to participating schools.
The Scone Public School boys side took out the Opens Division with a 4-0 win over Singleton Public School in the tournament decider.
Denman Public School failed to concede a point in the group stage of the under-10 tournament with large wins over St James, Muswellbrook (16-0), Scone Public School (20-0) and Singleton Heights Public School (8-0).
The visitors then stamped their authority when prevailing 16-0 against St Mary's, Scone in the under-10 final.
"The sportsmanship from all schools participating was also a highlight," Swan added.
"Thank you to Glenn (Maytom) and the team from the Singleton Greyhounds JRLFC for once again doing an amazing job hosting the event.
"Thank you also to the Group 21 Referees Association for officiating and to the Boys from Singleton High for scoring all day.
"We couldn't run these types of days without our Junior League Clubs and Officials."
