And, in 2019, the Jerrys Plains Community Fair and Car Boot Sale will celebrate its ninth anniversary.
The family-friendly event takes place on Saturday, September 21, between 8am and 1pm, at the Jerrys Plains Recreation Grounds.
"There'll be something for everyone," one of the organisers, Rhonda Walter, said.
"Thanks to our main sponsor Coolmore Stud, we will have the jumping castle and big slide all free.
"Toybox is also attending for the little ones and there'll be face painting, too, and lots more activities for all the kids.
"Kyda Rock loves our Jerrys Plains [Community] Fair and will perform all your favourite tunes, while the local fire brigade is manning the barbecue and our favourite Caffe Moibilita will spoil us with their great coffee.
"Their wonderful support and donation every year is really appreciated."
After hosting 70-plus stalls last year, Ms Walter is expecting more on deck in 2019.
"We'll have extra food outlets, Taro card and tea leaf reading, pony rides, face painting, Bunning's Activity Stall, trash and treasure, local vintage car and motorbike clubs and market vendors - the list is endless," she said.
"We will again conduct our one raffle with lots of prizes to be won, including some hay, plus some free giveaways.
"There are still sites available and cost only $10 per single site.
"So, please contact Maureen after 6pm on 0413 318 666 or Kim on 0411 288 977 or email kimsawayinusa@hotmail.com
"We're looking forward to another great day and hope you will come and join us."
