"Coming into Summer we really want to show some support to the local farming community," hotel director Andrew Lazarus explained.
"This event has been organised through Rural Aid, and we will be donating one dollar from every beer, wine and selected spirits sale on the night."
The Schooners for Singleton charity event will also feature live music from local bands, raffles and a bachelor auction.
"We will also be taking donations of non-perishable food items which will be given directly to the struggling farmers in our community," Andrew continued.
"It will be a great night of entertainment, and more importantly, it will shine a light on a really important cause."
