On the weekend of October 12th and 13th the club held its annual DTL (Down The Line) two day championship at the Warkworth Shooting Complex which was a great success.

The programme for Saturday was 100 Targets Double Barrel Championship and the Sunday shoot featured the 50 Targets Points Score and 50 Targets Single Barrel Championships.
A chilly breezy day made tough conditions for shooting. 40 shooters from Sydney, Newcastle, Central Coast and Scone attended.
The standard of shooting was exceptionally high. Shooting commenced at 9.30am and the results were:
100 Targets Double Barrel
AA Grade - 1st Josh Radford 100/100, 2nd Kevin Bourke 104/106
A Grade - 1st Frank Seve 97/100, 2nd Lionel Finlay 94/100
B Grade - 1st Richard Van Heythuysen 92/100, 2nd Rod Beswick 91/100
C Grade - 1st Taijh Bridge 91/100, 2nd Nathan Cruse 90/100
All winners received nice sashes and cash prizes for place getters.
Sunday proved to be much nicer weather, but still breezy at times. 36 shooters nominated.
Shooting commenced at 9.30am and the results were:

Everyone agreed the weekend had been a great shoot.

The next shoot will be on Sunday November 10th when we shoot 100 Targets SSAA 5 Stand.
