The spirit of the Singleton community was showcased throughout the region on Tuesday as locals continued to pour into the Pitt Street fire station with water bottles and snacks.

Moments after the Singleton Fire and Rescue 444 team captain Bruce Ambrose completed his press conference on camera for the Singleton Argus local trio Dylan Lyttle, Bridie and Alyssa Rose were captured donating water bottles to members of his team (see video).
"We're not the first ones to do this and we certainly won't be the last," Alyssa said.
The crew then had the right of reply on social media this morning.
"A big thank you for the donations of water and refreshments the station has received over past few days," one spokesperson said.
"A special thanks to our neighbours 'Edge Pizzas' for feeding our tanker crew late last night."
