Students raised money by dressing up in mufti for Halloween, partaking in fun activities such as a talent quest, market stalls and of course, the much anticipated head shave.
This year three brave girls Tamara, Kasey and Samantha took the plunge to lose their locks to help raise awareness and money to donate towards cancer research. Local hairdresser
Lexi Scott from Salon Franc helped complete the shave after plaits of hair were chopped off the girls by their peers.
The school have so far raised $6500 and are still counting.
"It was another fantastic day, the students had a ball, the talent quest was lots of fun and the three girls that shaved their heads were very brave and we are extremely proud of them," said Deputy Principal Tracey Holloway.
