New players are welcome as the AFL Hunter Central Coast club hopes to build on its preliminary final exit (to eventual premier Terrigal Avoca) in last season's AFL HAVAL Black Diamond Cup competition.
"We are not losing many players from this year and we are hoping to sign up some new recruits as we aim to go one game better next season," Howard told the Singleton Argus.
"We will have Oliver Moody running the fitness component of training as he is currently studying Exercise and Sports Science at Uni.
"The back half of training sessions will focus on skills so new players can better their technique."
The sessions will take place at Singleton's Rose Point Park each Tuesday and Thursday evening from 6:30pm.
