Singleton's 'Sneaky Feet' running group add festivities to Wednesday evening session

As the sun set over Cook Park this evening, Singleton's well known social running community gathered for one of the final occasions for 2019.

However the regular members of the 'Sneaky Feet' group showed off their competitive side on this occasion after they were initially lined up (by gender) and picked in mixed pairs.

These pairs were then timed and some individuals faced some festive challenges mid race.

"Its not what we do every week, more so a fun way to finish the year before gathering for a group dinner afterwards," spokeswoman Di Kime told the Singleton Argus.

Singleton Roosters (local AFL) senior vice president Sam Howard and his allocated partner Carol Burgmann were first over the finish line.

The pair both received prizes courtesy of Sportspower.
