A total of 12 Singleton Amateur Swimming Club members have combined for 50 entries at this year's NSW Country Championships to be held at Sydney's Olympic Park Aquatic Centre.

Singleton swimmer Billy Moody celebrated a successful NSW Country championships last year by claiming three gold medals in the 100m freestyle, 100m and 200m butterfly events.
The teenager would also break the NSW country records in both the 100 fly (1:00.38) and 200 fly (2:15.70).
This year the 14-year-old will be competing in eight events (50m, 100m and 200m freestyle, 50m, 100m and 200m butterfly, 100m backstroke and 200m IM).
He will be joined by fellow reigning medallist Alix O'Bryan who claimed a silver medal in the 100m backstroke in 2019. Her time of 1:10.61 would see her finish 2.86 seconds behind coveted Lismore swimmer Tylah Crabtree.
Likewise, O'Bryan will also compete in eight events this weekend (50m, 200m and 400m freestyle, 100m and 200m backstroke, 200m and 400m IM and 100m butterfly).
Mackenzie and Rory Gray will compete in six events respectively while Alice Small and Lachlan Fleming will both feature in four.
Other club representatives include Jessica Fleming, Brydie Gray, Ethan Jones, Connor Morgan, Emeilia Morgan and Maronay Smuts.
