The meeting will take place in town, to coincide with the 2020 Country Conference, at Singleton Civic Centre.
Earlier in the week, Ms McKay said she was delighted to bring her Shadow Cabinet to the region.
"My upbringing in Gloucester taught me that everyone matters.
"Our rural and regional communities can't be after-thoughts.
"We can't afford to leave a single person behind," Ms McKay said.
"That's why when I became the Leader of the Labor Party I promised that Labor would be a party for regional and rural NSW.
"We need to get politicians out of the city and talking to the people living in our regions - not talking at them."
The 2020 Country Conference will include leaders' and Unions NSW addresses and policy workshops with strategic aims to build and develop the profile of Country Labor and country candidates, further develop rural and regional policy and connect with the regional communities.
