Westpac Rescue Helicopter has transported a male in his 40's from a property at Wattle Ponds, near Hunterview, to John Hunter Hospital suffering head and arm injuries sustained in an ATV (All Terrain Vehicle) accident which happened around 11:30 a.m. this morning.

The male was treated on scene by local ASNSW paramedics and the Helicopter Critical Care Medical Team prior to the flight to Newcastle.
The patient is in a stable condition.
