Emergency services attend house fire in Ryan Avenue

On Sunday at approximately 7:30am Singleton Fire & Rescue, Branxton Fire & Rescue station, Hunter Vally Police, Singleton Ambulance and units from Hunter Vally Rural Fire Service attended a house fire in Ryan Ave, Singleton.

Emergency services arrived and found the property (which is vacant) with smoke coming from the roof space. Firefighters found the fire in the bathroom area. The fire was extinguished and the cause of the fire is under investigation.

Police conducted traffic control operations while Paramedics were also in attendance for firefighter welfare.

Police would like to hear anyone with information regarding the fire and they can contact Singleton police detectives or crime stoppers.
