Late on Monday evening Monday Singleton Fire & Rescue and Hunter Valley police responded to reports of a vehicle alight in down town Singleton.

Emergency services arrived and found a car well alight. Firefighters quickly got to work with a hose line and breathing apparatus to extinguish the fire.
The vehicle was totally destroyed by fire.
Police are currently investigating the cause of the fire.
