Only days after successfully hosting another community fundraiser, the Shed Fitness has announced they will be expanding their horizons past the brink of Singleton this April.
Shed Fitness owner Jade Cupitt proudly announced on Sunday evening that 'The Shed 2.0' will be coming to Branxton in April this year.

The new studio space is located behind the Quinn, another recent business addition to Branxton along Maitland Road.
"We are super excited to announce the expansion of the Shed Fitness to a new location in Branxton!" said Jade.
The space is a recently renovated 60 square meter space located behind local cocktail bar the Quinn, perfect for group fitness classes.
"Initially I was seeking a bigger studio space in Singleton as both Shed Fitness and Blu's are always expanding but we struggled to find anything,"
"We ventured out of town and found that the space behind the Quinn had been vacant for a while."
"Many of our members do travel to Singleton from Belford, Greta, North Rothbury and Lochinvar to attend our classes," Jade continued.
"The new location is a very central location for many."
The small business has grown rapidly since officially hosting classes at the Blu's studio located above Edge Pizza on Pitt Street.
"I first got into group training in my own shed at home, just training small numbers of close friends or people I knew."
"I continued to get more inquiries and soon needed a bigger space for the business," Jade added.
The Shed Fitness now has a total of five trainers, including Jade, one trainee (soon to be trainer) and 114 weekly members.
"We have expanded in the space of nine months from eight weekly classes to fourteen weekly classes."
"It's crazy to think how much it has grown in less than a year, unbelievable really."
When COVID-19 hit last year the classes took to an online platform, which is still being utilised by many members who are unable to attend the studio classes.
"I had 53 people participating in one class this morning, 25 were in the studio with me and 28 people joined us online."
On top of this big news for 2021, Jade has also kick started the year with a successful community fundraiser.
"Last Sunday morning we hosted our annual January fundraiser," said Jade.
"More than 100 people from the community gathered at Rose Point Park to work up a sweat and show their support for the Humour Foundation."
The drive behind the Humour Foundation came from Shed Fitness member Loren Nichols who joined an eight week program with the team last year.
"We first met Loren and her son Charlie last year."
"Over the course of the eight weeks, we got to learn more about Charlie and the daily struggles he and his family have to go through."
Young Charlie has a rare illness that doctors are unable to classify an exact diagnosis.
"I really wanted to show Loren and her family how much we appreciate her and her presence in our community in our community so it was a no brainer to try and help shed a light on this."
The Humour Foundation aim to enhance wellbeing, lift spirits and improve health through insightful connection, creative play and joyful humour.
The initiative allows for clown doctors to transform the hospital experience for children, families and staff to be a happier more joyful place to be during difficult times.
"The clown doctors from the Humour Foundation have not only helped young Charlie get through weekly visits to John Hunter Hospital, but also his older brother Allister who is there by Charlie's side for most hospital visits," Jade continued.

Despite the heat, participants pushed through the intense workout and stuck around afterwards for coffee and raffles.
"We had another great turn out with new and familiar faces participating in the 45 minute boxfit solo workout at the netball courts."
$5000 was raised over two weeks prior to the event over Facebook and an additional $3000 was raised on the day, totalling $8000 to be donated to the foundation.
The Shed Fitness would like to thank the following businesses for their support of this event:
- Singleton Priceline Pharmacy
- Indulgence spa
- Baileys Real Estate
- Cosmetic Touch Isabella Hardy
- Aria beauty salon
