Although all three tiers of government were not on hand to officiate, Singleton Mayor John Martin welcomed the newcomers.
Back in July, both Upper Hunter MP George Souris and Hunter MP Joel Fitzgibbon joined Cr Martin when 11 new citizens became Australians.
At the time, Mr Fitzgibbon described Australia as "the best country in the world''.
This particular ceremony coincided with National Citizenship Day which is celebrated each year on September 17.
It is a special day to reflect on and celebrate being an Australian citizen.
Our newest citizens hail from five countries including Zambia, South Africa, India, the United States and Nepal.
