“At the presentations all shooters praised the layout, facilities and services as first class,” Singleton Clay Target Club secretary/treasurer Denis Pearce said.
“A big thank you goes to Anne, Narelle, Talitha, Tracey, Kendall, Ashley and Cassie in the kitchen and Julie and Tracey in the office.
“Well done girls.
“A lot of work goes into setting up and running a big shoot so a big thank you to Jack, Hugh, Lionel, Matt, Mark and Darren for a great job and Lionel for his never ending mowing at the moment.”
The next shoot is on Sunday, May 4.
“It will be our annual Ball Trap Championship of 100 targets,” Pearce said.
“This will be preceded by a 25 targets Side x Side Event using older style double barrel firearms.”
If anyone is interested in finding out more about clay target
shooting, the club would welcome newcomers.
Practice is on every Wednesday from 10am to 2pm.
