The Singleton Greyhounds Junior Rugby League Football Club celebrated the end of a successful season on Saturday. And, what a celebration it was. Member for the Upper Hunter Michael Johnsen was on hand for the first round of presentations to the club’s younger players, along with Chris Swann from the NRL development team. It has been a fantastic season for the club with the Under 10’s red and white teams playing off against each other in the grand final, the girls league tag team taking out the inaugural competition, and our very own Tom Baker playing for the Under 16s Blues in State of Origin. The club would like to thank all our helpers and volunteers over the season for your support and assistance, and to our players for their commitment and sportsmanship, it has been a pleasure for all those involved with the teams to see the progress and achievements.
